The tournament is a 54-hole competition with Senior (55+, 6.5 max index) and Super Senior (65+, 8.5 max index) Divisions. Those aged 65+ may choose to play in the Senior Division. Players must meet the age requirement by the first day of the tournament, October 20, 2023.

- Tee times starting at 10:00 am with threesomes off the 1st and 10th tee
- Post-round players food & beverage reception in Zaidee's Bar & Grill overlooking the golf course
Saturday, October 26
- Complimentary player breakfast served at Zaidee's from 6:30 am to 10:00 am
- Tee times starting at 8:00 am with threesomes off the 1st and 10th tee
Sunday, October 27
- Complimentary player breakfast served at Zaidee's from 6:30 am to 10:00 am
- Tee times starting at 8:00 am with threesomes off the 1st and 10th tee
- Post-round players food & beverage reception at Zaidee's
- Awards presentation after play concludes
